Offering associates better bonuses and incentives would motivate some to invest more time and effort in some projects, including those that have nothing to do with legal issues.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a large firm. We take care of a lot of different areas of law, so I am able to learn a lot from my fellow attorneys here. The partners also make sure that we are able to interact with different departments as well to ensure efficiency in dealing with cases.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay and benefits can be a lot better. Even though there is a lot of room for promotions that lead to better salaries, I still kind of think the pay could be improved a little.
