What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management should consider doing some renovating at night or off office hours. This would help employees get more work done in peace.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I really enjoyed the 3 years I worked at this firm. I became very close with my clients and management couldn't have been better. They were always there to listen to any concerns we had and really valued their employees' opinions.

What did you not like about this institution?
The only issue with this firm is that they were constantly renovating. This was a good thing for the building but it made it difficult to work at times with all the noise going on. I couldn't speak to some clients at times because of this.
