could Use Some Improvements on May 19, 2024 - Current Employee Mr. in San Francisco City,

Current Employee

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm should consider offering more team building exercises throughout the year. This will help employees get to know one another and boost overall morale.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm is a large firm so promotions are being given out quite a bit. They also are associated with other firms in the area and you can work for them as well. They offer casual Fridays which is nice and have staff parties frequently throughout the year.

What did you not like about this institution?
With it being such a big firm, it's easy to lose in the crowd. Everyone just comes into work and does their job but it's hard to get to know any of your employees. We never work together and the firm doesn't feel like family.
