What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Consider getting some software developers to attempt to speed up the process and make it easier for people to work faster.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work here is extremely easy and you will be quick to pick it up and master working on it.
What did you not like about this institution?
Even if the work is easy it always moves extremely slow as it is a lot of small amounts of detail that needs to be verified.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
It would be great if people were exposed to more variety and I would like to have more responsibility on projects.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It's a nice family friendly atmosphere and the people are hardworking and nice. I like the variety of different types of legal work that I work on. They profit share which is pretty cool.
What did you not like about this institution?
Like a lot of jobs, it can be some what repetitive and formulaic for some of the work that I am asked to work on.
