Improve response time with clients no matter how new or small. Quality of service shouldn't be sacrificed for growth.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm is growing fast. There is lots of room for upward mobility. They will need new managers in the next few years to deal with the growing client base.

What did you not like about this institution?
Attorneys are overworked and I've seen communication and relationships with several clients fall through the cracks. Long-standing clients are prioritized.
