This firm needs to lighten the work load or hire more employees to lighten the load. If employees are feeling overworked they will leave.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've worked at this firm for 3 years now and I've learned a lot about my position working here. They train you very well and management really wants you to succeed. The firm is big so room for growth is always an option.

What did you not like about this institution?
The hours for this firm can be a bit long. Most weeks are 50+ hours and it seems like I live at work some days. I don't get to see my family as much and I feel married to my work. It would be nice to have more consistent hours.
