Get rid of the Firm Administrator. You would have less of an employee turnover.

The firm partners are amazing. Very knowledgeable and personable.

Firm Administrator is horrible. If she doesn’t like you and your not on “her” team, you might as well pack up and move on as she will look for anything to get rid of you.

This firm is Pretty Good

This firm needs to offer more opportunities for promotions and growth. Otherwise employees will look for work elsewhere.

I've been at this firm for about 6 months now and I've enjoyed my time here. Management is very helpful and trained me quite well for my position. I felt that I had a good grasp on my job when I started and hardly ever had questions.

The pay could be a little bit better. It's not bad when you start but they hardly ever offer any raises or promotions. It would be nice to get a pay raise from time to time.

Horrible Firm

Let the attorneys be in charge of staff decisions. Let someone who enjoys working with people and not have a totalitarian government.

The attorneys are fantastic. However the HR director is horrible and they lose employees at least once a month.

The Law Firm Administrator is not a people person and are reminded it is an "at will" employment. Many people have resigned and/or have been fired with no reason other than the fact you may not be polite to her or on "her team".
