What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think the management team should consider shorter work hours for associates and support staff. It would probably raise morale inside the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I feel that I'm paid fairly for the work that I do here. The firm also provides a benefit package in line with the rest of the industry.

What did you not like about this institution?
Associates are expected to work long hours, and this includes many weekends. I'm sure this is true of all law firms, but that doesn't make it any more fun.
