There needs to be more of an order when it comes to assigning work, because sometimes it does get disorganized. Communicate with your superiors to know what cases you should be assigned and make sure to work diligently with your team.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A great firm for lawyers who are just beginning. They offer a substantial and fulfilling amount of workload. Team members are on hand to help you along the way and overall it's a pleasant experience.

What did you not like about this institution?
Sadly, the firm has some drawbacks in its work flow, which can become hectic at times with members not knowing which cases they were assigned. However, this is only a slight problem from time to time and doesn't detract from a good firm.
