Good bonuses and incentives might be something that could help with motivation in the work place and help with morale among the associates during busy schedules.

The firm has a good list of clientele, which has to a lot to do with the quality of work the firm does when it comes to the cases we handle, as well as the working relationships we have with the clients. The wonderful associates are always willing to help each other out. I like the pay and benefits as well.

I think the hours can be a bit much sometimes during parts of the year. It is a little overwhelming for me if I am dealing with some important cases with clientele the firm has a good history with in terms of projects.
