Something that can help remedy the work load is for the superiors to implement better bonuses for associates who work on important projects and cases.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I really love the work I do here. We deal with a lot of interesting cases and clients in the areas of practice that concern litigation and intellectual properties. It's these areas of practice that motivates me to do a good job since I'm always interested and want to excel at my job.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work load can be a little much. It gets stressful when some of the cases cause our hours to be a little more than usual.
