What did you not like about this institution?
I am very disappointed in this firm. Working here was not a great experience. As someone working on the support staff, the attorneys I have dealt with are all childish and selfish. There is no room at all for growth or advancement. And with that, the very low hourly pay gives more reason to leave then stay for so little without prospects of a raise or a promotion. I wonder what attracts one to stay here; there's no insurance other than Medical, you're consistently talked down to, and the technology is so outdated it's impossible to get this heavy workload done in any reasonable amount of time.

Take time to speak to employees and learn more about their concerns. Also, open up more positions for those that love working there.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Working at this firm is what working at one should be like. Everyone is willing to help with each other's workload and do what is needed for the firm.

What did you not like about this institution?
I feel like I will outgrow this firm at some point and have to move up and on to something else. I wish it could go another way.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I believe that this firm needs to hire new management and offer more opportunities for moving up. More reviews should be put in place for advancement. They should also hire new attorney's that would be willing to lend a hand to people like myself.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The secretary's and front desk are very friendly and are always there for you. I also thought the cases were interesting although quite complex.

What did you not like about this institution?
I worked at this firm for a few months before realizing that this firm offers no room for advancement and is a waste of my time and energy. I also received very little training being that I'm a new attorney and wanted to be taught the ropes.
