What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management needs to cut back on their team building exercises and wasting overall time. These exercises are good at getting employees to work together, but there is a time and place for it.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm does a great job of treating their employees like family and making sure they are well taken care of. The training given at this firm is done very well and you learn a lot working here. The environment also feels very professional.

What did you not like about this institution?
One problem with this firm is they try to implement team building exercises far too often. I believe it's important to work together, but it gets in the way of work sometimes and I find it difficult to finish work when management wants to do pointless exercises.

I would like to see this firm take on cases that will really challenge everyone. I also think that this firm could hire a few new people as well.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I worked at this firm as an intern and learned quite a bit from a few of the people that were willing to lend me a hand directly. Everyone was very friendly.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work was pretty dull and tedious. I felt as though it was not very challenging and it could also get quite slow during normal business hours in the office.
