What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Encourage the partners to keep the lines of communication open. Consider offering more PTO or flexible time. Cater lunch a few times a month since not everyonehas time to leave and there is nowhere close to eat.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm has a good atmosphere. Everyone is professional but still friendly. There is no drama here. The partners are always willing to mentor associates.
What did you not like about this institution?
The benefits are okay for a firm this size but there is always more room for improvement. The building we are located in is small and there is no place onsite to eat.
