What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Fire the two senior paralegals since they are a waste of everyone's time and money. Get in shape, learn some communications skills, get some mental health counselling. Then hire some good people to help you run your law firm in a professional manner.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The office is in a great convenient location if you live on the North Shore. The parking is free and drinking water is provided. Company 401K is offered.

What did you not like about this institution?
Very low pay is offered to new employees and no benefits provided. Two attorneys and two paralegals who have been working together for 25 years who live under a rock and are burned out, angry, bitter, morbidly obese, in desperate need of a change. All four of them are lazy, irritable, dis-honest, poor communicators, greedy, computer illiterate, and slow. Very disorganized and unhealthy, dusty offices with piles of old needless paper and junk cramped in small spaces. All four of them dodge work and sit around in filthy hot offices all day aggravating each other and themselves. Two morbidly obese over paid paralegals wearing skimpy clothing and sitting around chewing bubble gum, eating junk food, and gossiping all day and have no idea what is going on in the firm after being there for 25 years.
