What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Ideally, management would hire a few new interns so that they can take on more cases which would then allow them to give promotions to staff members who deserved them for long enough.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The starting pay and benefits were decent. I also thought that the attorneys were very professional and helped me figure out my way around quickly, which made starting here as an intern easy.

What did you not like about this institution?
There is not much room for growth at this firm since the senior level associates and other staff members have been there for many years already. I also believe that this firm is somewhat understaffed.
