Management should continue to work with the staff in passing on vital information. The staff members that are poorly trained should be re-trained. Consider hiring more staff members to deal with the higher work load.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Partners are very respectable individuals. The work produced in the environment is of the highest prestige. Since the firm is not large, there is room for advancement. Partners do a great job of listening to what the staff needs.

What did you not like about this institution?
Since the group of staff is small, you have to work more hours with an excessive workload. The benefits are some of the things that fall short. As a whole, new ideas are not accepted in terms of trying a different approach.
