What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There needs to be a stronger adherence to the time commitment here. Even comp time in between difficult cases would help.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A stable firm that introduced me to the clients that secured me in my practice. There is no shortage of work or question on when the next case is coming. Always something to do.

What did you not like about this institution?
The hours. No matter how well a plan is set, there will always be more hours than expected, especially on the larger cases. Lots of late nights.
