"Outstanding IP Lawyers"   - Anonymous      Write an Anonymous Review

Advice to law firm management: Stay the course. Probably too many benefits for employees. It should re-evaluate its employee review schedule and budgeting process.

Pros: Partner Vince Allen is inspirirational with his briiliant mind and calm demeanor. Colin Cahoon is multi-talented author and attorney.

Cons: The firm needs to be more public about its charitable deeds. It has done so much to advance society that it deserves more public recognition.

Partners to Avoid and Why: Bobby Braxton. Although i understand he's no longer there. Greg Perrone who now works with BB. No reason really other than they are no longer ghere.

Favorite Things About this Firm: Very friendly and capable paralegals. The offices are modern and tasteful. It's what you want from an IP firm. Like a much more expensive silicon valley firm.

"A Long Term Firm"   - Anonymous      Write an Anonymous Review

Advice to law firm management: Make sure that people aren't suffering too much when they are just starting out so that they can get used to how things are here.

Pros: You can expect people that work here to be ready to stay for the long term and people are very forward thinking.

Cons: Sometimes people will brush your problems off if they seem too short term and say that you should just keep moving on and deal with it.

- Reviewed on October 26, 2017

Advice to law firm management: Listen to your people more and acknowledge the fact that everyone works hard. Don't take that hard work and loyalty for granted.

Pros: The environment for clients and staff is fantastic. Everyone here goes out of the way to help one another, but most of all help the client achieve their goals.

Cons: Their office is very disorganized and the employees are overworked for the amount of money they make. It seems like people are just exhausted all the time.

"Among the best is intellectual and copyright law"   - Anonymous      Write an Anonymous Review

- Reviewed on July 21, 2017

Advice to law firm management: Giving higher status to general law practitioners could help the company delegate tasks more effectively to address areas of law needing less direct, hands-on experience with the firm's specialties.

Pros: A strong focus on delivering high-quality service in areas of copyright, intellectual property, patents, and trademarks, a harder-to-find specialty than most legal services. With this specific focus comes a great opportunity for those with a passion for these fields to excel quickly.

Cons: Just as high performers are recognized, so are poor performers. Those with less dedication to the specialties offered or with a desire to practice in more generalized areas are less likely to fit as well as they might in another firm.

"New Leadership to take the Reigns"   - Anonymous      Write an Anonymous Review

- Reviewed on July 21, 2017

Advice to law firm management: Get a new CEO to run the firm.

Pros: My coworkers are some of the best people I've worked with anywhere. They're smart, passionate, and know what needs to be done to get the best possible outcome for their client.

Cons: The lack of leadership in upper management over the last couple years has made it a very intense and stress-filled environment in the work place.
