He sabotaged clients due to his neurological disease and erratic behavior.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The few clients (all were referrals).

What did you not like about this institution?
Compensation was sketchy due to the lack of clientele. Due to the shortage of clients prices were exaggerated on a case by case basis. Mr. MILLSTEIN would change prices randomly and overcharge certain clients he felt he could or disliked. One year there was only one client (referred to Millstein) that was so poorly represented Millstein lost the case and had charged 5 times over what a good attorney would.

Avoid David Millstein. He was thrown out of the Diatrict Attorneys office after being handed the keys to run the place. He was disliked so much they ousted him in record time. Before that his first partner took to court for the trouble he caused there, and after that he's been blaming clients for losing their cases.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Of course I believe anyone else would be a better candidate even an intern. MILLSTEIN MAJORED IN MUSIC AND SHOULD Have kepr blowing into the tuba.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to consider hiring more employees to lighten the work load. Employees are feeling burnt out and the extra help could do the firm some good.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm has a really great work environment. Employees get along very well with one another and management is also helpful. They're here for you if you have questions and the clients are such a pleasure to work with.

What did you not like about this institution?
My only issue with this firm is the inconsistency with hours. Some days I work over 10 hours and come home completely exhausted. Most days aren't too bad but those long days really take a toll on you. They have room to hire employees so I'm not sure why they don't.
