Management needs to take a long hard look at the benefits package it offers. Sometimes, in order to get the best attorneys you have to offer much more along the "vacation package" idea.

Pros:
The location of this firm is great for running errands after work or on your lunch. Most of the attorneys are pretty low key and tend to not be "yellers" or talk down to you as you know some of the older ones tend to do.

Cons:
It's very hard to move up in this firm and if you are looking for a flexible home/work time this is not it. Also, the benefits package is minimal. For anyone looking for a good package, look somewhere else.
