What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
If you see an employee that looks stressed and having issues make him take some time off to recover from the stress before it builds up too much.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The pay here is extremely high and you won't find anything that even gets close to touching it around here.
What did you not like about this institution?
The work here is extremely high stress and it is easy to get burnt out on the work because of that.
