Reevaluate staffing needs vs workflow efficiency. Establish some sort of schedule and policy regarding scheduled days off and vacation days.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Great benefits (health, dental, vision, matching 401k). The offer a good mentoring program for new hires who are recent graduates.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work schedule is all over the place and days off are rarely guaranteed. Too much work and too little staff many times.
