Lighten up on the deadlines and don't make them as strict though this might be hard to fix. Also maybe add in some group work so that we may get to know our colleagues a little better.
A nice casual laid back work atmosphere, with no limits on the amount of work you wish to do. A very quiet work environment and plenty of free space to work well.
Not much social interaction with the other staff or management, it is very quiet which can also be a downside for some people. Pretty tight deadlines.
