Management should possibly look into allowing attorneys to take on more than one client while still ensuring that each client receives the same care that they have been known to provide.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm believes in giving undivided attention to its clients, which allowed me to focus on one case at a time. It made for a non-stressful atmosphere.

What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately, because of the way the firm required attorneys to handle clients on a one on one basis; it leads to a substantial amount of down time for attorneys. Many days were spent without work being completed because there was none.
