Offer even more training to open up opportunities for employees. Offer a shuttle service of taxi per diem to get to and from bus/train stop.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Pay and benefits are very good for the area. The office has a pretty high morale. The offices seem like they should belong to a tech startup.

What did you not like about this institution?
Small chance for advancement here. Have to walk through a bad neighborhood to get to bus or train stop. Sometimes it's too casual
