Create training opportunities to bring those less experienced staff up to par or closer to the more veteran experienced staff so that even youngsters can join the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Lots of experienced staff work at this firm making it a great place if you're also experienced and don't have a lot of patience for inexperienced staff. Good pay and benefits.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm really dislikes new employees with limited or no experience in their career and has no patience to teach those individuals how to do their job properly.

Be nice and stop gossiping. Acknowledge your mistakes and be fair. Stop lying and stealing.

What did you not like about this institution?
Horrible administration; favoritism, no team players and support staff are old ladies who refuse to be nice. Too much gossiping. Attorneys do not care for the support staff and treat them like slaves.
