This firm needs to consider relocating or hiring employees that live closer. Employees don't want to drive far away and clients won't either.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm pays you very well for your position compared to other firms. They give you great benefits and management is always present when you need them. I had a question to ask the other day and they responded back to me within an hour. They're very prompt.

What did you not like about this institution?
The location of this firm could be better. It's out in the middle of nowhere and driving takes me well over an hour. There isn't much to do in the area and it seems like clients are hardly ever present.
