What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management should consider giving more raises to their employees. It might be difficult, but losing good employees will cost more in the long run.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I worked at this firm for 4 years and it really became like a second home to me. Management was very close to me and other employees and it was a small firm so we became close fast. You really get to know people working here and everyone is so friendly and helpful.

What did you not like about this institution?
The only reason why I left this firm was because of the pay. It wasn't horrible but wasn't amazing either. I left for a better job opportunity and management was understandable, but I would have stayed if they could have paid me more.
