What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Get these staff to be more consistent so customers are happier with the result on average. This will help keep customers coming back more often. It is likely the reason we have a bad reputation.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Fantastic hardworking firm that rewards hard work with increase in yearly bonuses. Has a pleasant atmosphere to work in with very experienced workers willing to help the inexperienced staff.
What did you not like about this institution?
Some staff doesn't put much effort into certain cases as they simply do not care about those individuals for some unknown reason. Unrealistic manager expectations.
