What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm needs to overhaul the process by which they communicate important ideas, concepts, and information to their employees. They should consult with an outside firm to get their salaries more in line with the market.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It's a pleasure to work alongside my colleagues. Everyone I've met here has been great and the facilities are exceptionally nice.
What did you not like about this institution?
Communication from the top of the firm leaves a lot to be desired. My starting salary here was less than what most of my peers got at other firms.

When we see you enjoying your work, we enjoy ours more. Fun activities are always a good thing. Thanks for valuing our opinions.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I have been at the firm for several years and think the management is approachable. I have learned so much here. The attorneys are good people who share their knowledge. Great benefits, fun people.
What did you not like about this institution?
Like many places you work, there are always a few people who take advantage of the systems. Recognizing those and dealing with them, would be good.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
I can't think of any. We used to have some but they recently moved on to another firm. The current directors are good people.
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
People. Staff appreciation, firm events, donuts on Fridays, Jeans day on Fridays, holiday schedule, benefits are generous. Location and office space are top notch.
