What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm will continue to lose money if they continue to write-off time and disbursements because their clients wouldn't pay.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I look forward to the free soda and snacks every morning I walk into this firm. The pay is great- although the work is tedious at times. I was really impressed with the great Healthcare and benefits system in place at this firm.

What did you not like about this institution?
There is little to no room for growth here. I wasn't given really any training, more just thrown into the fire. It makes it worse since I don't feel like my job, or anyone's job, is really safe and secure. There's lots of turnover, and lots of open positions that never get replaced.

I would say that if you come in with a willingness to learn, you should have no problems at all fitting in here!

I've only been here a few short months, but they have brought me under their wing and treated me like family. I love my job!

What did you not like about this institution?
Things can feel overwhelming at first as there are a lot of things to learn, but everyone is there to help.

I would like to see management become more vocal about what's going in the office and where we are at with our current goals. Perhaps they could set up weekly conferences.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I worked at Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto as an intern and really enjoyed the great client to attorney relationship that was present among the firm.

What did you not like about this institution?
I felt as though there was a real lack of involvement in terms of management letting us know how well we were currently doing at the firm. This left me with a real sense of dread and uncertainty at certain times.
