What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see more room for advancement within the firm. It would not hurt for this firm to expand and hire new attorneys as well.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everyone is very friendly and very professional. They really care about their clients at this firm and everyone is always willing to lend you a hand. The starting pay is pretty good as well.
What did you not like about this institution?
Being a small firm, there is not much room for moving up in terms of position within the firm or in terms of salary. It can get somewhat slow at times as well.
