What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management would do well to reevaluate themselves. They've created a work environment that lends itself to turnover, burnout, and frustration. They need to quit with the politics and nepotism.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The support staff is very nice and helpful. There is a lot of solidarity among junior and lower level employees. Management has a lot of genuine expertise in their respective fields.

What did you not like about this institution?
This firm is highly bureaucratic and authoritarian. The management is older and set in their ways. This isn't a good place to work if you are young and inexperienced.
