What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Stop hiring family. Get some actual professionals into the company who know what they are doing. If not, make your current management take some type of management classes. Screaming constantly at your employees and blaming them for things that are not their fault and threatening them is not a conductive way to run a business. It is abusive. It is wrong.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
(Most of) The people here are great to work with and are generally nice. Minus certain managers. See the next section for a more in-depth description.

What did you not like about this institution?
The managers. There's a reason why there's so much turn around with this firm. And they know it too. Come back in a couple months and this review will be gone, I guarantee it. This, personally, is my third time submitting a review because I know they keep deleting them and I want people to be aware of what they are getting themselves into. It's deceitful to delete honest reviews about the workplace conditions.

At the partners are great. In my experience, they are firm but fair. I did not have enough interaction with them to really gauge their behaviors or attitudes.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
The employees there are great to work with. Everyone is very nice. Minus the management, this would be a 5 star review. But because management is so out of control and the stress it places on it's employees that the turnaround rate is maybe 3 months, this review is the way it is.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Better recruiting to weed out the negative! I get along well with most everyone although try to avoid the virus people that just spread gossip. It's unfortunate that everywhere you go there is always someone.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm has been around for along time. I have been employed, decided to leave then come back because ultimately they take good care of their employees! Management is great, strong and on their A game!! They are there for their employees and do not tolerate nonsense. They expect hard work and I admire that! In return they take good care of all of us!

What did you not like about this institution?
The viruses that come and go in this firm, the negative people who can't let go and just move on without trying to slander this firm! Those that don't work hard and continue to try to contaminate us who do work hard! I wish they would get a life already and find a new job!

Both partners are great and work hard! I understand they are 20 years plus! I don't know why this avoid section is here is seems slanderous!

Keep your heads up and doing what you do! There will always be miserable people in any industry! I hear alot of great talk around the office about how you take care of your employees and have seen it!

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Great Location! The firm is team oriented, doesn't put up with slackers or laziness, appreciates their employees! Family owned business in the industry for over 20+ years and even though there are those that are disgruntled that can't let go, this firm is doing something right! Does alot for their employees!

What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately i noticed that even though this firm is good to its employees, there is always a virus and someone to spread gossip and hatred. I have seen nasty reviews that have no support other than seems to be a disgruntled employee with no time on their hand other than to bash an company. Sad! It doesnt help me by seeing those reviews! Every company i have worked for has those types of people! This company is a 5 star in my eyes no matter the silly reviews!

In my view this is tasteless and slanderous in asking what partners to AVOID! The owner is great and management is awesome, you can go to any of them!

Hard working firm who takes care of its employees! Great team environment and staff on board! They have several long term employees 10+ years which is nice to see! Genuinely caring firm!

If you’re easily bought like the 5 star reviewers here then, free breakfast, free lunch, holiday events, giveaways.

What did you not like about this institution?
The management here is not what it seems or as some say. Before accepting ask questions and the red flag will pop up. 5 people gone in only the 2 months I was there. It’s sad that the owner will not realize that management is hurting that company, they will not admit there is a serious problem with verbal abuse of their employees. Whatever you do, DO NOT MAKE ANY MISTAKES, that’ll be your head if you do. You will never hear the end of it. What’s even more disappointing is that some employees accept this abuse for small perks like a free lunch, drinks, and parties, or false promise of a higher position. Yes, they are willing to pay well and know that good pay brings people in.

No advice just an abundance of gratitude .

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Very uplifting and friendly environment with lots of surprises and treats from the firm . Holidays are amazing . I get lots of praise from the managers and administrator which makes me feel very valued . Very helpful when I need anything or additional help and training . Very upbeat and pleasant employees and morale . The firm is very generous and giving providing meals and breakfast several times a month . Oh and its always really yummy stuff . Outdoor walks twice a day to help with any stress . Activities outside of the office , picnics and happy hour or lunch at the country club . I absolutely love coming to work here everyday .

I can not really think of anything .

I love working here and don't ever see working any place else.

Healthcare could be a little better as well as the 401K

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Teamwork!!!! The owner is amazing! ALWAYS interacts with employees and is very encouraging. We have our daily 15 minute walks around the building with him to get fresh air. Motto: WIN EVERYDAY!!

What did you not like about this institution?
Worst is a pretty strong word for me, there is no "worst"; this environment is fast pace and if you're not used to it and keep complaining, this is not the place for you. I admit in the beginning it was pretty tough, it was different than what I was used to; after you pass 6 months, it actually becomes easier, just like any law firm. If it were too easy, I'd be bored to death!

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
I have heard things here (bad & good). In the past year and a half, much has changed, and positively. My experience here has been pretty Awesome! Structure is different than what I was used to but once you get used to it, it works really well, especially when you need to refer back on deadlines. Hardest part is ... just like any other firm, there really isn't once you get the hang of things and keep up; very fast paced firm. The most enjoyable is the firm get together's and happy hour events.
