Many motivated individuals on staff and in management. Opportunities for both domestic and international work. Room for advancement for the right individuals.

What did you not like about this institution?
The culture here is pretty cutthroat and competitive. If someone can't keep up, they get left behind. The law firm's philosophy is that it's easier to hire someone with knowledge than to train someone.
