For less experienced staff add an experienced buddy to them to assist them on their first few larger cases so that they can be properly educated on how to proceed during difficult work.

Management offers a clear path to an increase in salary and for more training. Additional work with larger more important cases is possible and encouraged by management.

You don't get many chances to make mistakes and will be talked to by management if you mess up more than once on a large case. It is a stressful environment.
