Offer more in house education and seminars to help create a company with a wider knowledge base. There needs to be more chance of upward mobility for anyone to stay.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm was flexible and it was easy to schedule around when I had something come up occasionally in my personal life. The lawyers and staff there are friendly.
What did you not like about this institution?
There really isn't any room for most people to move upward in this firm. Some of the attorneys here aren't as experienced as I've seen at other firms.
