What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think management should do things that keep the workplace fun. It can be very tedious work and it gets a bit mundane. I like working at a place that is fun and exciting, and unfortunately this firm just doesn't offer it.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
We have a very hardworking staff. No one tends to pawn off their work on others. Everyone does their share of the work. It's also a very professional atmosphere. Everyone here takes their job seriously. We work with professionalism and care.

What did you not like about this institution?
The building has many offices in it. There tends to be a lot of traffic with people working in the other offices. It can be a bit hectic at times. Something that always really bugged me was how long it took the elevator to get me to work. It was always jam packed as well. It can be a real strain. It's also a firm that sometimes feels a little bit too professional. I think we kind of lack a certain type of friendliness in the workplace. We all take our jobs to seriously at times and we never joke around, and therefore it's not a particularly fun place to work.
