What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm needs to do a better job of treating clients as more than money prospects. I think classes that teach some associates at the firm about being more people friendly would help.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The amenities offered in the work place are great. The firm has a lot of connections with other firms, which is great for associates who want to practice in other areas of the law.
What did you not like about this institution?
I think one of the main things I do not really like about the firm is that there is too much focus on treating clients as monetary goals. A lot of the cases we do are also rushed due to the work load the firm likes to implement for financial reasons.

Best of the firm is in the past (i.e, had a good reputation, until...see below). Otherwise, given that so many left this firm after the below, any "best" may be currently outdated or outdated in the future.
What did you not like about this institution?
see Lemon v. Myers Bigel, P.A., Lynne Borchers, et al. 5:18-cv-00200
Although the above may be the "worst of the firm," not sure that the above is actually the worst as a lot has happened since then, I can imagine.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
See above, as a minimum. But, given that so many left this firm after the above, any list may be currently outdated or outdated in the future.
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
I have no interest in providing any favorite things about this firm. Given that so many left this firm after the above, any favorites may be currently outdated or outdated in the future.
