Good people

I think they could update their website more often.

The lawyers here do good work.

Everyone works really hard, so it can feel tough to keep up. But, everyone is willing to help when you ask for help.

Everyone was really nice to me. There was actually a death in my family while I was interning, and the partner I was working with was incredibly understanding.

The people. They are reliable, trustworthy, and kind.

My advice would be to continue treating employees as valuable assets. You continually go above and beyond to make sure we are appreciated and rewarded for the work we do, and treat us with fairness and respect – keep it up!

There are multiple moving parts to our company, and we are proficient in working seamlessly and productively with each other. Everyone’s collective skills and abilities come together well to provide a high level of service and work product for all of our clients.

Being with the firm for over 12 years, I cannot find any current issues or concerns to list here. Any issue that has or may arise, is handled professionally and is quickly resolved.

There are no partners I would list as ‘avoidable,' each one is hard working and excels at what they do. They are all a pleasure to work with.

Myers Bigel excels at getting the job done while maintaining a pleasant work environment. We have a professional business office atmosphere, but the workplace is relaxed and flexible, with no pressures of politics and gripes. I’m certainly thankful and proud to be a part of the Myers Bigel team!

I do not have any advice for the firm management except to say thanks for making this an awesome place to work.

Myers Bigel is a great place to work. The firm has a friendly but professional atmosphere. The benefits and flexibility allows everyone to balance their work and family schedules.

There are not any "worst" of this firm to discuss. If there is an opportunity to apply for a position, please do, you will not regret it.

There are not any partners to avoid at Myers Bigel. All 15 partners are hard working professionals who are always available to discuss any issue.

Everyone is friendly but hardworking and professional. There are not any office politics to navigate. The firm plans multiple family events during the year which are always a highlight for everyone.

Excellent Firm for Clients & Employees

My advice to firm management is to keep doing what you've been doing in 2017 and 2018. It's like a burden has been lifted with many negative people now gone, the firm is better than I ever imagined possible.

Myers Bigel has such a positive culture. Attorneys are very pleasant to work with. The firm offers great benefits and flexibility beyond what most law firms offer.

I've been with the firm over 19 years and I really don't have any criticisms of the people currently at the firm. A wonderful group of people working together to provide good quality work for the firm clients.

There are no current partners that I would recommend to avoid. The 15 partners at Myers Bigel are very competent and professional.

My favorite thing about this firm is the people and the fairness. The group of people at Myers Bigel are able to focus on work each day without the typical politics you see in most law firms. That is in part because of the fairness of the non-traditional non-leveraged compensation system where all shareholders are paid equally based on the work they perform so there is no fighting about money.

caveat emptor

None. I have no interest in providing any advice to this firm. Given that so many left this firm after the above, any advice may be currently irrelevant or irrelevant in the future.

Best of the firm is in the past (i.e, had a good reputation, until...see below). Otherwise, given that so many left this firm after the below, any "best" may be currently outdated or outdated in the future.

see Lemon v. Myers Bigel, P.A., Lynne Borchers, et al. 5:18-cv-00200 Although the above may be the "worst of the firm," not sure that the above is actually the worst as a lot has happened since then, I can imagine.

See above, as a minimum. But, given that so many left this firm after the above, any list may be currently outdated or outdated in the future.

Too Much Emphasis on Financial Gains

The firm needs to do a better job of treating clients as more than money prospects. I think classes that teach some associates at the firm about being more people friendly would help.

The amenities offered in the work place are great. The firm has a lot of connections with other firms, which is great for associates who want to practice in other areas of the law.

I think one of the main things I do not really like about the firm is that there is too much focus on treating clients as monetary goals. A lot of the cases we do are also rushed due to the work load the firm likes to implement for financial reasons.
