There are a lot of good lawyers at this firm and you will learn a lot if you hang around them. You should prepare to put in plenty of time and work here.

What did you not like about this institution?
Not only is the overall salary throughout the firm quite low, there is evidence to suggest a disparity in pay between men and women, and especially as it impacts minorities.
