Advice to law firm management:
I would like to see them open up more senior positions to employees that have worked their way up the ranks. I would also like to see them replace some of their front desk staff.
Pros:
I started out here as an intern and really appreciated the fact that everyone tends to work together and explain things thoroughly if you do not understand something.
Cons:
I felt very limited in terms of job growth at this firm. There were also a few front desk staff members that were, at times, very rude and could have been more accommodating.
