What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think it would be helpful if the firm grew a little, maybe added another full time lawyer, took on more cases and really got out there with services. We're a perfect firm that should be growing.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm is host to a lot of great staff and lawyers who are willing to go out of their way to help you and clients in any way they can. The firm really instills that treating people right goes a long way and that it's appreciated. Another great thing about this firm is that since everyone here isn't feeling underappreciated, the turnover is very low. There are people here that have been at this firm for a while. It's a great friendly place to work.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm could easily grow and expand. I feel like the services we offer are great, the staff is great, the lawyers are top tier and we could do a lot more in business and take on more cases and grow even larger. I don't think that the firm realizes how big it could be.
