What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to offer more positions for promotions. Employees are feeling neglected and will leave if they find better opportunities.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm gave me some of the best years of my life. I got along well with everybody and I built a great list of clients. This firm is very understanding and goes out of its way to make sure employees are taken care of.
What did you not like about this institution?
The only problems with this firm arethe limited options for mobility. I couldn't move forward very far in this firm and the only reason I left was because of a better opportunity.
