What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see management set up a group of people that are dedicated to helping the interns. Working on cases while on call for the interns can be quite overwhelming.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Excellent and I mean EXCELLENT pay. We stay up to date on the latest ways to do things. We always have new faces (interns) in the office to keep the work environment fresh.

What did you not like about this institution?
It can feel a bit too busy at times in terms of work load and the interns needing our help. There have been a couple of times in which I had to drop what I was doing because an intern needed extensive help.
