Management could do more to ensure employees are maintaining healthy lifestyles. The competitive atmosphere that encourages long hours of work could be dialed back a couple of notches.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Talented, hard-working employees are given ample opportunities to earn more responsibility and the rewards that come with it. Excellent work does not go unnoticed. An encouraging atmosphere ensures everyone gets a shot.

What did you not like about this institution?
It's difficult to maintain a work-life balance. Employees can easily lose sight of their personal lives in such an intense work environment. The competition does not make the office environment overly pleasant.
