This firm needs to offer better management. If management is not getting important matters done then people will leave.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm has good hours if you like to work a lot. I like the overtime and it's almost always available. Most weeks I work overtime and get paid great for my time being there.

What did you not like about this institution?
This firm has terrible management. They are almost never present when you need them and let employees do whatever they want. There is no structure or organization here and it's difficult to get anything done when you're making up for other employees.
