Try and figure out how to make more senior positions so that more can stick around and continue to do great business for the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I very much enjoy working at this firm and being around such intelligent people. Everyone is treated nicely and fairly.

What did you not like about this institution?
At some point, I feel like I will outgrow the firm and there doesn't seem to be any more senior positions here. That isn't something I'm looking forward to.
