The support staff need stronger direction and, perhaps, better skills. Turnover at this firm will remain high so long as attorneys cannot depend on paralegals and secretaries to get the job done.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The office atmosphere here at Hall & Hall, LLP is wonderful. Birthdays are celebrated with gusto and snacks adorn nearly every nook and cranny of every room. The firm offers full benefits, generous vacation time, and competitive pay.

What did you not like about this institution?
Management has a difficult time hiring and training support staff. Paralegals and secretaries are constantly bickering and blaming each other for errors and oversights.
